This is a VISCOSE/spandex print imported from The Netherlands! First, the quality of the fabric is excellent, soft and drapey, with about 40% stretch in the width and length. It is lightweight yet opaque and has a soft hand and a matte finish. It is Oeko-Tex certified for non-toxic chemicals and dyes. The digitally printed "retro holiday" design has a 18.75" repeat, and features kitschy, nostalgic little scenes in a wide range of colors including aqua, cherry red, rose, lemon, orange, fern green, cobalt, tan, black, white, etc. (PANTONE 17-5126, 18-6024, 18-1664, 17-1564, 16-1164, 19-4050, 14-1113, etc.). Make a great tee, top, tunic, skirt, dress, fun leggings, lightweight cardigan, etc. The manufacturer recommends hand or machine wash warm, hang to dry. Please test first.
